Video analytics

Today in the market of video security systems there are many offerings of video analytical capabilities. But the basic problem of such systems it is the high amount of false alarms, which reduces effectiveness of the security systems.

The reason of this drawback is, as a rule, the choice of the system’s architecture based on PCs. These are systems, where the video frames are processed at a program level by means of a video capture cards. In such scenario, resources of the computer are taxed and are limited due to the presence of operational system and various applications which occupy CPU’s time.

We have gone the other way. Our solutions are based on the hardware where each video channel is processed by the separate processor block (DSP).
